BodyTite
What is BodyTite?
BodyTite represents a new age in minimally-invasive body contouring. The FDA-approved device is used to perform radiofrequency assisted lipolysis, RFALTM. This procedure melts fat and simultaneously tightens the skin for smooth, consistent contours. BodyTite is the first device to employ RFAL technology, which heats subcutaneous tissue and dermal tissue using internal and external applicators.
To perform the procedure, Dr. Fisher makes a tiny incision. An internal applicator inserted through the incision moves across the treatment area. At the same time, the external electrode moves parallel across the surface of the skin. Energy transmitted between the two heats the dermis and layer of subcutaneous tissue to stimulate profound remodeling.
What are the benefits of the BodyTite procedure?
Adults interested in slimming and tightening appreciate this scar-less treatment process. In many cases, the procedure is performed in the office using local anesthetic. General anesthesia is typically reserved for more complex cases, such as a combination of procedures. The BodyTite process takes 30 to 90 minutes depending on the treatment area. Precise tissue-temperature is achieved and safety maintained with outstanding monitoring mechanisms built in to the device.
As a conservative non-surgical procedure, BodyTite has a short, mild recovery phase. Patients may experience soreness or tenderness that make physical movement somewhat uncomfortable. Over-the-counter medication may be taken as needed. However, the side effects of the procedure diminish over several hours. We expect full physical comfort to return within a few days.

FaceTite
What is FaceTite?
FaceTite is a facial rejuvenation system developed with the same technology that powers BodyTite treatments. The minimally-invasive procedure targets fat cells using RFALTM, the radiofrequency assisted lipolysis that simultaneously stimulates collagen remodeling. The FaceTite procedure is used to correct common age-related concerns, including:
- Sagging jowls
- Mild submental fullness
- Drooping brow line
- Lax neck and jawline
The FaceTite tissue-tightening technique is performed through a tiny pin-hole in the skin. The internal probe inserted through this small incision heats the subcutaneous tissue to a precise temperature to destroy fat cells. Simultaneously, the external electrode emits radiofrequency energy that heats the dermis to a precise temperature at which collagen production increases. Optimal tightening occurs safely thanks to close temperature monitoring and an internal cut-off mechanism.
What are the benefits of the FaceTite procedure?
FaceTite is an advantageous procedure that is unlike any form of non-surgical facial rejuvenation we have seen. Patients appreciate that their treatment can be peformed with local anesthesia only. The internal probe requires a tiny nick in the skin, preventing a surgical scar from forming. Aesthetically, FaceTite achieves consistent, visible results that can last 5 years or more.
How long does it take to recover from FaceTite?
Patients can expect minor side effects after their Facetite treatment. These include bruising and minor swelling. The prominence of post-treatment side effects diminishes over about a week. While there is minimal discomfort to speak of, patients may want to curb work and social activities until they feel comfortable with their cosmetic appearance. Due to the subdermal aspect of treatment, there is a minute chance of numbness after FaceTite treatment. We expect this to resolve over several weeks.
Morpheus 8
What is Morpheus8?
Morpheus8 is a tissue-tightening treatment that promotes deep tissue remodeling using microneedling and radiofrequency. The rejuvenating technique addresses the adipose tissue as well as the skin. Adipose tissue is the fat that creates bra rolls, jowls, and other concerns. Both microneedling and radiofrequency stimulate collagen production.
Morpheus8 enhances the effects of collagen-stimulation by depositing energy internally via microneedles that can penetrate up to 4 mm deep.
What are the benefits of the Morpheus8 procedure?
Morpheus8 is more than a skin-tightening treatment. It is referred to as a Subdermal Adipose Remodeling Device. It is performed to sculpt an area of the face or body by stimulating profound tissue remodeling well beneath the skin’s surface. How many Morpheus8 treatments are needed for optimal results?
Each person is unique in the degree of tissue-tightening they wish to achieve. Our treatment plan is based on their treatment objectives and the current condition of their skin. Tissue tightening occurs with just one Morpheus8 treatment. However, severe laxity may require 2 to 4 treatments for optimal improvement.
