This is a 35-year-old woman who was found to to be both BRCA1 and BRCA2 positive. Due to her high genetic risk for breast cnacer, she underwent a bilateral mastectomy with immediate DIEP flap reconstruction. She underwent one revision surgery with fat grafting and nipple reconstruction. She completed her reconstruction with bilateral nipple-areola tattooing.
