This is a 56-year-old woman found to be BRCA2+. She underwent a prophylactic bilateral mastectomy with an immediate DIEP flap breast reconstruction. She completed her reconstruction with one revision surgery with fat grafting and nipple reconstruction, followed by nipple-areolar tattooing.
