This is a 44-year-old woman found to have left breast ductal carcinoma in situ (DCIS). She underwent a bilateral nipple-sparing mastectomy with a single-stage direct-to-implant breast reconstruction with silicone implants and Alloderm. She desired fuller breasts post-reconstruction.
